Terms of Service

By accessing the Site, registering for the Summit, or purchasing a VIP Pass, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Site or registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Registration for the Ideas to Income Summit is free for general attendees. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information current. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse registration at our discretion.

Free registration provides access to live plus recorded sessions during the Summit, August 17–21, 2026, subject to the schedule and availability of speakers and replays as described on the Site. Free attendees do not receive permanent access to recordings or other VIP materials.

A VIP Pass may be purchased to receive expanded access to summit content and resources as described on the Site at the time of purchase. VIP Pass pricing is as follows:

VIP Pass holders will have access to downloadable content, including video recordings, audio files, transcripts, and the workbook, for six months from the date of purchase. Once downloaded, those files are yours to keep. Access terms for AI tools and other digital resources will be specified at the time of purchase and may vary.

Speaker free gifts will be available during the Summit, and links are provided with the recordings. Availability, access periods, delivery methods, and applicable terms vary by speaker. We encourage you to access any gifts you would like to keep during the Summit, or as soon as possible after the Summit ends, and save any downloadable materials promptly.

We reserve the right to modify VIP Pass pricing, content, and access terms at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Due to the digital nature of the VIP Pass and immediate access to downloadable content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a VIP Pass has been purchased and content has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.

All content on the Site and throughout the Summit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video recordings, audio files, transcripts, workbooks, presentations, and AI tools, is the property of Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit, Carol Diaz, Bill Boone, or the respective speakers and contributors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Summit content without prior written permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Speaker content remains the intellectual property of each individual speaker. Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit does not claim ownership of speaker presentations or materials.

Your VIP Pass grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and download Summit content for your own personal and professional use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute VIP content to others.

The Ideas to Income Summit features presentations, interviews, and content from a variety of guest speakers and experts. The information shared by speakers is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The views, opinions, recommendations, and statements expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Carol Diaz, Bill Boone, Best Personalized Services, LLC, or the Ideas to Income Summit. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented by Summit speakers.

Nothing shared during the Summit, whether by hosts or guest speakers, should be construed as legal, financial, tax, business, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Attendees are encouraged to consult qualified professionals, including attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and licensed business consultants, before making decisions based on information received during the Summit.

Results, income, and outcomes discussed or implied during the Summit are not guaranteed. Examples of income, business results, or success stories are illustrative only and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Individual results vary based on effort, experience, knowledge, market conditions, and personal circumstances. Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit makes no promise or guarantee of any specific outcome, financial or otherwise, as a result of attending the Summit or implementing any information shared.

By accessing the Site and participating in the Summit, you agree not to:

• Record, reproduce, or distribute any Summit sessions or content without prior written permission
• Share your registration link or VIP access credentials with others
• Use Summit content for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward other attendees, speakers, or hosts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Summit or its technical infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Summit and revoke access without refund for violation of these Terms.

The Summit may include content from third-party speakers, partners, and sponsors, and our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party content or websites. The inclusion of any third-party link or content does not imply our endorsement.

Speaker free gifts and resources are provided by individual speakers and are subject to each speaker's own terms and availability. Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit is not responsible for the content, quality, or continued availability of speaker free gifts after the Summit ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit, Carol Diaz, and Bill Boone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Summit, your use of the Site, or your reliance on any Summit content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Summit shall not exceed the amount you paid for your VIP Pass, or $27 if no purchase was made.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit, Carol Diaz, Bill Boone, and their respective affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your participation in the Summit, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site and participation in the Summit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Review our Privacy Policy at www.ideastoincomesummit.com/privacy-policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Site or sending an email to registered attendees. Your continued use of the Site or participation in the Summit following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Best Personalized Services, LLC dba Ideas to Income Summit with respect to your use of the Site and participation in the Summit, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
